[Icc-mot] ICCV7 for CPU12 7.03 released

Also ATDCTL2, ATDCTL3, ATDCTL4, ATDCTL5 registers are missing. Concatenated
16bits ATDCTL23, ATDCTL45 are present but we need also 8bit registers which
are mentionet in datasheets.
