[Icc-mot] Fate of the ICC forums

No!!! The mailing lists (icc-mot, icc-avr, etc. remain), the "Forums", e.g. 
http://www.dragonsgate.net/icc_forums were setup for code sharing purpose. 
We don't have the resource to fight spammers so they will be let go...
