[Icc-mot] Fate of the ICC forums

Having a forum and a mailing list is kind of redundant.
That being said, the one thing that I think the mailing list is missing
is a *searchable* archive.
Sure, all of the messages are there, organized by month and discussion
thread. But it'd be nice if they were also indexed by a search engine.
