[Icc-avr] 'text' area size error

Hello,

 

When compiling my application, I receive the following error: “text area
size too large (>64K bytes). Please move some code to another file”.

I have read in the file "readmeAVR.txt" for the version 7.06 the following:

“  Linker
    - user ADV/PRO, allow a single .o file to have more than 64K bytes of
object code”
 
I have tried with versions 7.16, 7.17 and 7.18B and I get the same error for
all of them. My license is PRO and the target is ATMega 128.
 

Is there another solution to solve this error apart from moving some code to
another file?
