[Icc-avr] App Builder issue

Hi folks, first of all, if you discover issues with the AppBuilder, 
do email us, and make sure we acknowledge your email. Sometimes mail 
get spam trapped.

Second, Bob pretty much hit the nails on the problems: we have to 
manually cull the datasheet to see what features are available for 
which micro by hand. It's an error prone processing, plus hard on the 
eyes, so please be a bit patience if you find discrepancies.
