[Icc-avr] App Builder issue

Seems to be a problem with the app builder in ver 7.17.  Using a mega3290,
timer2 compare interrupt....generated code says "// **Section [TIMER2_COMP]
not found**".  I just upgraded from v7.16 because the app. builder never set
the interrupt enable bits....but it DID give me the timer compare interrupt
stuff. BTW...it still doesn't set the enable bits in the TIMSK registers.
