[Icc-avr] AVR Studio issue

Hi ....
I just upgraded to AVR Studio v4.14 and seem to be having a problem.  
Before, I could open Studio and load my .cof file and then program using 
my AVRISP mkII using "current simulator/emulator FLASH memory" option.  
This doesn't work anymore. What it does is says: "getting isp 
parameter..SD=0x02..OK"  In order for me to program, I have to use the 
Input HEX file option instead.  Why???
