[Icc-avr] 4-line LCD display

The 44780 thinks all displays are 2 lines of 64 chars, and the addressing  of 
the cursor indexed into the char ram reflects this model..need to set the  
cursor position to 0x40 or 64 to write on the 2nd line....I think the 4x40 lcds  
have TWO 44780s, and you probably talk to both of them in 'parallel' but have 
2  CS lines to shake... one for the top 2, one for the bottom 2?
