[Icc-avr] IDE windows

Hi Albert,
Sorry to ignore you, but I don't have an answer. The IDE on my
installation does the same. The overall window size seems to be saved
but the internal divisions aren't. It looks as though the settings
are saved in:
<ICCAVRinstalldirectory>/bin/defICCAVR.prj
but I may be wrong.
Richard will be able to tell us.
