[Icc-avr] Want higher UART speeds in Application Builder

Maximum speed is now 115200. I want higher speeds, up to 1 MHz as that is
commonly used in some peripherals. I use 460800 with the hardware I use at
the moment. Of course you can write in the speed but when we come to my own
memory meaning I have to check each time.
