[Icc-avr] ICCAVR 7,15 with __flash support BETA2 released

Yes, we are bringing up another person to work on the AppBuilder. 
Once he is familiar with the code, the rest including the M3290 etc. 
will be done. May be we will finish before Atmel finish any new AVRs 
for a while so we can take a breather on them :-)
