[Icc-avr] Build problems with icc-avr plugin

Hi,

today i tried to move a larger project to AVR-Studio. With the Imagecraft IDE it
compiles fine, but with icc-avr plugin I get always the following error:

icc plug-in: Error: Object file not found on expected location
D:\XP\Modbus_AVRICC\default\Modbus_AVRICC.o

And this is true. There is no xxx.o file. Only a build.bat, a Makefile and a
xxx.lk file is there, because I think the xxx.o wasn't ever generated.

What I'm doing wrong?
