[Icc-avr] IDE windows

Hi Richard,
It is the boundary between the main edit window and the
Project/Browser window that keeps moving. The strange thing is that
it doesn't seem to happen every time the IDE is closed and reopened
just often enough to be irritating. I've sent you a picture off-list.
