Hi John.

 

No, I tried to go back to the older version, and then it was gone again.

(or the older version can not detect the error you say)

But I only have one external variable in the whole project, so I don't think it is it.

Hi Steven,

Are you sure that you haven't moved some variable declarations to a another file? That error usually stems from variables being declared in a different file and not being declared as 'extern' in the code file, so the linker doesn't know what to do.

Got the following problem with 7.13a which were not there with 7.13 + iccomavr fix from the 26/4-07
