[Icc-avr] some 7.13a problem

Hi Richard.

 

Got the following problem with 7.13a which were not there with 7.13 + iccomavr fix from the 26/4-07

 

    iccavr -o STYRING -O -g -e:0x20000 -ucrtatmegaram.o -bfunc_lit:0x8c.0x20000 -dram_end:0x10ff -bdata:0x1100.0x7fff -dFRAM:1 -dhwstk_size:120 -beeprom:0.4096 -fihx_coff -S2 @STYRING.lk   -lcatmega
