[Icc-avr] ImageCraft ICCAVR - Startup ? Options

CRAP...

Sorry John.  I had made a note to pay you, which I put in a
convenient location at the time - in the development notes
within the main code file . . .   I then got "better
organized" and started putting notes somewhere else, and
never copied the notes over from the code file.  Also
explains why I overlooked some things that I was sure were
on the to-do list!

Send me a note off-line as to where to send payment (I think
we agreed on Paypal, right?), and how much interest has
accrued . . .
