A minor bug fix update, probably will be released as the official 
build this weekend:

     - minor debugging support fixes
  Linker
     - For the STR71FRxx target, sometimes the linker gave an "Memory
       Not Allocated" error.

     - Fixed problem with REMAP when a custom startup file is used
