[Icc-announce] Fate of the ICC forums

I will probably delete the icc-forums. They are causing more trouble than 
they are worth. With all the spammers hitting it, we just don't have the 
resource to deal with it.

The forum's sole purpose is for the users to upload sample code. One way to 
do this is to utilize the new database backend on our new website. The 
webmistress can set up a page such that she does not need to modify it as 
new sample files are uploaded with the description and link being pulled 
out from the database. The users can send me the sample codes directly and 
I can upload them.

Comments? Suggestions?
