[Icc-430] "Relative Path" project problem in 7.08

I can't recreate the problem case so I am having some difficulties 
testing it, but for the people that have problems, can you please grab

http://www.dragonsgate.net/pub/BETAS/icppw.exe and put that in your 
7.08 c:\iccv7430\bin directory and test it? Please let me know how it 
works. Thanks.
