[Icc-430] V7.06 problem

We are currently using Icc-430 version 6.06 (that came with NoICE) with
MSP430F148 chip for many years without problem. But after we upgrade our
hardware to MSP430F168, which NoICE do not support in that version, we
start run into problem.

I have installed the latest demo version of Icc-430 complier (V7.06) and
installed the latest NoICE (V8.8). First of all, the new compiler give
us tons of errors during compilation. (The same project file and all
codes have been working with V6.06 for many years). So I decided just to
upgrade the compiler to V6.08, which give us no error during
compilation. But the NoICE (v8.8) doesn't work well with the output
debug (.dbg) file. It jump to wrong location and create all kind of
funny thing. Well, I then decide to downgrade everything to the V6.06,
which I know for sure this version will work. But it turn out the NoICE
cause "exception error" in my WindowsXP machine during startup. I then
repeat the same procedures on my WindowsXP laptop and got the identical
results.

I'm now hooked, I have no working compiler and debugger to use and I
need to finish off my project by next week.

Please help.
