[Icc-430] Security Fuses

Are there any utilities yet that will blow the security fuse using 
the MSP-FET430UIF?

IAR Kickstart says it will do it, but the debugger doesn't want to 
start unless I have a fully compiled project to debug or at least a 
debug file compatible with them (ICC430 files aren't).

I REALLY don't want to buy yet another programming adaptor (that 
would make four) just to do this.

For production quantities, it isn't a problem since the chip vendor 
can do it.  I need to do this on occasion for custom/prototype devices.
