[Icc-430] V7.04 released

I notice the flyer says it supports long file names.  With 
spaces?  With spaces in the folder names?

example:  e:\client files\pain in neck1\job 53\interrupt handler.c

I haven't tried it with ICC430 because I haven't seen a system since 
my Apple ][ that could properly handle long file names with 
spaces.  I now never use spaces, even though they are supposed to be legal.
